BOOKSELLER VOLUME DISCOUNT PROGRAM
To encourage reorders and reward your continued support and business, we have developed a volume discount program that will credit your account with an incentive discount redeemable on December 31, 2003. The program is quite simple and does not require any special reporting that would increase your already-taxed administrative and purchasing duties.
Clear Light Distribution will issue a credit to your account for purchases made between January 1 through December 31, 2003, that may be applied to your A/R balance or new purchases. The only stipulation is that your account be current within our payment terms. The schedule is as follows:
0.5% for net
purchases from $5,000 - $9,999
1.0% for net
purchases from $10,000 - $14,999
1.5% for net
purchases from $15,000 - $24,999
2.0% for net
purchases from $25,000 - $49,999
2.5% for net
purchases from $50,000+
